2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
3. The Service
LNKIO lets you create digital business cards (vCards) accessible via a permanent QR code or short link, and update their content over time. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

- send spam or impersonate any person or entity;
- upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- introduce malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape or reverse-engineer the Service or circumvent any technical limits;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
5. Account and content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Intellectual property

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net.

9. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
